Dropshipping stores using CJ Dropshipping and Shopify

We are looking to hire an experienced virtual assistant to manage and run our shopify stores and social media pages. As a Shopify store manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including launching new products, managing inventory, and providing customer service. You should also have a good understanding of marketing and SEO best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, including launching new products and updating existing product information.

• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to the store.

• Create promotional campaigns for new products and services.

• Manage inventory levels and ensure order fulfillment.

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

• Research SEO best practices to improve website visibility in search engine results pages.

• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement in order processing or customer service processes.

• Creating and manage social media content

• Responding to comments and messages on the various social media platforms.

• Create and publish social media content across a variety of platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)

• Monitor comments and messages across all social media platforms and respond in a timely manner

• Generate reports on social media analytics

• Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and website traffic.

• Monitor store budget, analyze financial reports, and manage payroll activities.

• Develop promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

• Analyze customer feedback data to make suggestions for improvements in products or services.

• Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Shopify stores, CJ Dropshipping and related software tools is required.

• Strong understanding of SEO best practices is highly desirable.

• Proven experience as a social media virtual assistant or similar role

• Strong writing skills

• Familiarity with Photoshop or other image editing software

• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools

• Must have knowledge of affiliate marketing website
