Want to convert tradingview indicator in Ninjatrader Indicator

Need to convert tradingview indicator to ninjatrader indicator. Tradingview pine script available. Attached pinescript code of the indicator (.docx) and an image – indicator on a chart.
the recoded indicator must have the same behavior as the initial indicator.
for marks an arrow is sufficient.
