Hello I’m looking to receive general estimates for designing a custom map/scheduling/quote tool for a small towing company. Ideally, it would have the following functionality/features:
1. The customer would visit the website, type in an address and/or locate themselves(or their vehicle’s breakdown location) and place a pin.
2. Next they would type in a destination address and/or pin their choice of destination.
3. Answer a few specific vehicle questions(Year, Make, Model, Reason for Tow, & a few other qualifying questions)
4. Once submitted, 3 price quotes would be calculated immediately, based on en-route mileage, loaded mileage, and job priority level:

P1 – Emergency/Immediate Truck Dispatch ($$$) with an option to ‘Be next in line’ (Added $)
P2 – Overnight Truck Dispatch ($$)
P3 – Low Priority/Scheduled for later 24hrs+ ($)

…Along with general estimated time of arrivals for each.

If they select a tier/package, they will have to review and agree to our Terms & Conditions/Policies, upload their license, and virtually sign their name. Their payment could then be processed(PayPal, PayPal Credit, Credit Card, CashApp/Zelle).

The job would be submitted as paid and added to the company’s work-flow.

More features would be desired in the future, the main goal being to ease the workload of a dispatcher and provide the potential customer with a low-stress, easy scheduling option.
