Excel formula expert needed

I need someone who knows a lot about Excel formulas.
I need to extract some data from 4 different CSV files and combine it into 1 CSV file. All of the data from the 4 files is not needed on the 1 combined file. The 4 files are updated monthly, so I will need to be able to update the 4 files and automatically get the new results based on the new files.
