Create model gallery page with model profiles (Custom fields?? Custom post type??) WordPress, Elementor

The website has been built and I already have main model page and model profile built so job will not take long.
First 2 images (discreet diamonds) are my website, the rest are examples of what is needed.

I have done everything myself but I am stuck here, even if I only have someone’s guidance for 1-2 hours, that is fine with me or you can do it yourself, I just need easy management to add models. This will be done on my test site so I need to be able to replicate onto my new one.

Requirements
1. Top rated models on homepage
2. Type based models (slim, tall, blonde etc)
3. Price based models (£400, £500 etc)
4. Location based models (Southend, Chelmsford)
5. Nationality based models (English, Russian etc)
6. Search filter for models (type, nationality, services etc)
7. Archive page with all tags (type, price, location, nationality etc)
8. Watermark model images with company logo
