Accounting software

I need accounting software, preferably open source to install on my own server, with the following functions:

– Modern interface and easy to use
– Record sales: Invoices / Income / Customers
– Enter purchases: Accounts / Payments / Suppliers

– Reporting overview (TAX STATEMENT, PROFIT US LOSS, INCOME US EXPENSES, EXPENSE STATEMENT, SUMMARY INCOME, RESULTS PER QUARTERLY / MONTH / YEAR)

– Connect bank account to automatically retrieve statements (Belgian bank ING)
