The improvements for a socail chat APP (Android / IOS)

Developers please read the attached documents before bidding, your bid price must be real.
Please note:
a)we will not accept any chat outside of freelancer.com,
b)we will not accept re-negotiation,
c)we will not accept non-milestone cooperation,
d)we will not accept payment outside freelancer.

Please note all quote should be in CAD, not USD or other currency. According to the timeline (deadline) agreed upon by both parties, each day of late completion will be penalized 5% of the fund of the current milestone.

Developers need to have flutter/socket.io/node.js/php/MySQL skills and be able to complete the front-end of the APP and the back-end of the admin panel, deploy whole system to server, and release APP to Google/Apple APP store.

This is a social chat APP project that has completed version 1.0. But we need to do some improvements, so we will hire a developer for milestone 1 & 2.

Milestone 1: finish several improvements, and produce apk-1.1 and ipa-1.1; after they pass our testing, the developer releases them to Play Store and APPLE APP Store and pass their review.

Milestone 2: more improvements to be down to build version2.0. Developer needs to release version 2.0 to Play Store and APPLE APP Store for us to release and pass through review.

We own all intellectual property rights to the project, including all development materials and source code.
