Website Builder

We are looking to have a full interactive website consisting of 8 information pages and 4 link pages tabs that can also be linked to buttons. I need 3 PDF links buttons/install in the home page. This can be build on word press and must be built so that we can edit in the future. This must be full website browser, mobile, and tablet viewing. The website MUST meet all US ADA compliance standards. Certified American Disabilities Act and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1). This means all page, all code should be readable by an assistive reader. The code on the site must use standard HTML tags. We will need to provide documents in a text-based format at all times, even when offer a PDF. You must be able to do this. You must have experience in that area and understand what we are asking for and must be able to show us proof of work.
