need to check email send issue in a code file written in PHP Laravel

We have deployed a project developed in PHP Laravel in which we are trying to send email but it is not working we need someone to check that send mail code and rectify so that email can be send, application is hosted in cPanel through godaddy web hosting, email is also from go daddy.
