Build a code

Hi!! So there’s a database of certain words that i want to be replaced exactly as the replacements given in that database. The organisation uses certain short forms that i want to be automatically changed as one types a document in ms word. Eg if i am typing that “i work in an organisation”, then i want I want this sentence to be autocorrected as “ i wk in an org”. The database will be provided by me. Hence, i want a coder to build a simple yet effective code to be executed in ms word and powerpoint that it automatically picks up the replacement words from the databank.
The requirement is that it should NOT be an application that i have to run to carry out the changes as mentioned. As also please don’t tell me to install anything on the PC. Just a code to link my databank ( which is already there in all the PCs) and the word document that I would work on to carry out the necessary changes. Please let me know if this is possible?
