WordPress Specialist Needed

I am seeking an individual proficient in WordPress and plug-ins. I have clients requesting this and a contract with one but I have lost my WordPress designer. Fast, quick, and efficient is needed and NDs will need to be signed. EST is preferred unless the freelancer can work during those hours. Samples ARE needed and an hourly rate. Bids that do not include samples or exhibit very poor English skills will not be considered. English must be at least fluent to a degree. Migrating from one server to another is also a need, with a knowledge of Amazon and Kindle publishing platforms. If samples are not YOUR samples do not bid. This will be checked.
