Procedures Guide For Security

Need to write a procedure guidebook, that is broken down by sections, using a table contents. More than 3,000 words but less than 10,000. I have the previous version that has been broken down poorly, and need it put back together and reorganized
This project is NOT an ebook, it is a procedures book for security personnel. It will contain expectations of officers, what to do taskings, who to call escalations, office rules, etc.
