Need google docs templates for eBook

I need a couple of templates for creating an ebook in pdf format in Google docs.
I need a google doc template with all the standard pages of an eBook like Preface, TOC, Page number etc.. which when converted into pdf will be a nice looking eBook.
Send me a sample of the eBook which was created on your template.
