ChatGPT speech Interface with database

I am looking for a website compatible program that accepts speech input and output (speechmatics, Amazon, Google?), interfaces with OpenAI and reads / writes to MySql database using html form input. Will duplicate in application later. Installed on my website. Open source, api use is preferred for two-man startup on low budget.
