Linkedin Manager

I run a marketing agency and I’m looking for partner to work with. I’ve a client who is developing an app for race engineer and mechanics. The app shows every stats that they need. This client work with b2b so he want to create new connection in Linkedin with team that race in any championship. They want only that connection and 5 post/week.
I have to give him a quote of the estimated cost so how much will cost this service with you?
If I manage to get this client the contract with him will be minimum for 3 months.
