Facebook and Google ad manager and help design ads

I need someone who is experienced in Facebook ads and can consistently produce good ROAS and CTR.
I’m looking for a long term partnership and someone willing to sometimes admin multiple accounts for periods of time

I pay £500 per month per project meaning potential is limitless in this role
