Picture App With Names – Synched to FB Posting Possible – Data Gathering

I want to build an app that allows for a user to have photos uploaded and be used as flashcards with the names of the people or the object on the back of the card. I would like family members to be able to post a picture to Facebook and be able to share it in my app, and once in my app they can label the items they want to identify in my app. Then the user, likely an elderly parent, can use the photos as flashcards to keep them sharp.
