Make modifications to my wordpress website

I am running gaming related wordpress website and I want to add more functionality to the website

I want to create login template page similar to this one in the image attached where users can register or use gmail or facebook account to login.

I want to add “add to favorite” functionality to the users so they can add gaming guides to their favorite list and see them on their dashboard. For dashboard the website is already using user registration and dashboard style of woocommerce so we don’t need to make anything here except link the button to favorites list.

I want users to be able to make their own news about their gaming related content. This should be separate section for the website and this would be custom post type user_news where users create their news and custom archive template display the news of users for other users to read them. Other users should be able to comment so this section is just like blog post type except it has to go in separate post type.

I want to make chat for the users so they can communicate between each others. I don’t want to use any plugins for this as it will just complicate things. This can be also separated post type like user_chat and then you should make functionality when one user want to start conversation with other user, a new post is created and conversation between users on frontend looks like chat but on back end is just comments between each other.

Keep in mind for all this functionality you need to do frontend templating too matching the look of the website.

The website is yellow and purple so when posting a bid write the colors of the website in bid so I can know you actually read the project details.

I don’t know exact budget for this so skills of freelancer will be more determinable in this.
