3d office objects in unity

Hi there,

I would like to have in 3d unity the following objects:
– cell phone, DECT phone, laptop and router.

By pointing each of the objects, users could turn on/off the devices (the devices should change image to be displayed as enabled) and enable/disable the corresponding wave visualization of each device. The electromagnetic waves are supposed to be visualized as a set of concentric spheres centered on each device and expanding in all directions.
In addition, I would like to have the opportunity by changing the x,y,z of each device to locate them in different locations.

I would like to ask you if this is possible for you to make, when would it be possible to be done and how much it will cost.
In addition, I would like to have the opportunity to ask for some changes if this will be necessary.
