Website update for educational institute in online training

I am the marketing lead of an educational institute ITESKUL (read as I-T-School) that provides classroom and online training in Foreign languages and computer courses. We have a website (www.iteskul.com) that has been recently revamped- I am looking for strong and creative web experts- designers, SEO experts to maintain and optimize the website for better appearance, user friendliness and tracking visitors and assessing their behavior.
The expert(s) will also need to support with tasks like design and creation of new webpages, support basic SEO tasks related to on page optimization

The expected tasks of the project are as follows:
1. Create new webpages- international exam center, kids courses
2. Update current webpages for device friendliness
3. Create short videos about courses, student feedback
4. Engage new audiences through quizzes, short surveys etc.
