Support agent for food delivery startup – Portuguese

In Watson we are looking for native portuguese speakers to join our incredible live support team.

You will…

-Give live support to Watson users and customers (restaurants) by call or messaging
-Supervise that assigned orders complete each of the phases of the delivery process
-Communicate with delivery people, users or restaurants to solve any incident

Requirements:

-Native level of Portuguese
-High english level
-Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a food delivery company
-Fluent management of support tools (aircall, zendesk, discord, whatsapp etc.)
-High resolution capacity

Bonus points:

-Have worked in a food delivery company
-High level of Spanish
