Android App Development for placing Daily News Papers and Short News

Hi, I am looking for someone to develop and Android & IOS app.

App need to show daily newspapers and short news
More details are below

1. When a user logon to the app, he should see by default Short News and he should have option to navigate to daily news papers

2. App should store last 15 days newspapers and short news

3. All needed features like Sharing newspaper link, bookmarking, favourites, etc., should be part of the app.

4. App should have space for custom (audio / video) advertisement

5. For short news, the should be option to display link on the news

6. App need backend app to upload the short news and newspapers

7. App should include Google Ad’s

And other features that are needed for these kind of applications.
