Real Estate Listing Site – manage WP User Frontend Plugin

Short introduction
JT-BNB.com is a basic real estate listing and search website (no transactions, just search and contact). Subscribers post their own properties and photos via a form Guests search properties based on simple seach fields. Website is set up with WP User frontend pro as the primary plug-in.
There are a few functions that do not work as intended.
1. Property owner photos can be uploaded for a post, but there needs to be a way to re-order or delete photos, then re-upload if a change is desired.
2. Form fields are not properly synchronized . .so search results are not correct.
3. Contact form is not working properly and needs some minor design corrections

I suspect WP User frontend pro is not being used to its potential. I know it can do everything we need it to in a very simple way . I want to hire someone who has specific knowledge/experience with WP User Frontend to make the corrections, but also to review the back-end, remove any duplicative plug-ins, and assure that everything is set up clearly.

I have experienced communication issues with web developers who cannot understand the basic purpose of the site. Please only apply if you are a native english speaker. I am sorry to exclude but I just can’t manage otherwise.
