A partnership to set up a development office in a low-cost country.

We are looking for a partnership with a developer or a group of developers who can help us to set up a remote development team in a low-cost country. A location where we can set up a development office where the salaries are relatively low and where there is a big pool of talented developers. We will pay the cost of the office, operating costs, wages, etcetera. We are searching for an energetic person who wants to spend much time making the cooperation work—a person who works dedicated to our cooperation and has no other obligations. For example, if you already have a good business with customers, you are not the person we are searching for. We want to find someone who wants to grow with us and who will become part of our organization.
