12 illustrations for medical company

I need 12 stylish vector illustrations based on a particular style (see attached). I will provide 12 sketches that will detail the action in the frame. Job to be completed in 1 week. Please quote for ALL 12 illustrations (ie total cost for everything). Ideally looking to pay $300-400 – although can go higher for a very talented freelancer. Payment terms: 30% on award of project, 30% midway, 40% on completion.
