Programmer &/ or Excel

Im looking for a Computer Programmer who may be efficient in Microsoft Excel, or someone who can do Excel. Either/ Or.
Im not sure which will be more practical for what I need done.
I’m looking to organize keno numbers, 1 thro 80 in rows and columns.
Up until 3 years ago I used Excel to do this until the lottery changed their website. I have a lot of what I need already in Excel, but I may wanna transfer it into a program if I can’t do everything I want in Excel.

I don’t have a file on my phone right now as i fill this out, but i have everything you will need.
