Create an interactive animation game for webpage

Need to create an interactive animation game for web page. This was an swf and the swf file is with me.

It is a blood donor match game for public awareness.

We have attached a mp4 which shows how the game is played.

Have a look at the video and then quote. Though it shows the long drawn game, it just needs to set the matching content logic to make the game work
