Setup SharePoint Extranet for supplier portal

We are looking to implement a M365 SharePoint Extranet site to improve communication.
Primary objectives as follows:
1. Allow suppliers to log in and only see information that pertains to them.
2. connect on prem SQL data to let suppliers view and acknowledge their purchase orders.
3. suppliers will be able to submit ASN data so we have knowledge of incoming shipments.
4. The ability to spin up a new supplier site with little IT intervention.
