Blog page help

I have a WordPress-based website for my business and I want to make changes to our existing resource section of the website.

I want my resource section to have 2 pages:
1. A resoucre library that offers printed/digital materials (eBooks, Guides, Webinars, Case studies, research papers)
2. A blog page (how-to posts, editorials, news)

For the resource library, I want drop down menus to filter by topic, industry, and resource type.
