Code from scratch / no frameworks – build backend and frontend for routing delivery tool

Hi Coders,

do you love to work without tons of libraries? MySQL / Postgres, Python, PHP, JS, HTML, CSS – on Unix Webserver
We are running a python script on server with google OR tools and openroute matrix lookup to calculate delivery tours. Now that we have route calculation, we need a backend and frontend for users, similar to “optimoroute.com” (please check that website as it is good and similar to what we need, but don’t fit our needs), also small database needed.
Please get in contact if you are familiar with routing software / samples welcome.
We want a low-maintenance and secure software -> Timeframe 2 weeks
