Responsive website -READ DESCRIPTION ENTIRELY

I need a responsive website built. A simple site that can connect to my existing sql database to store member info, about 4 pages will need to be dynamically updated by an admin portal all of which you will create and connect to my existing database.

The site will be similar to a Facebook style news feed for most pages. A template page will also need to be used so that I can add more pages myself as needed. The main links will be dynamically generates based on a table in the database that you will add. The site will have a header and footer called to each page so that if I need to make changes to those pages, I only need to modify those pages and not every page of the site.

All this needs to be done without plugins or coms that need registered on the server.

The admin site will be able to use an editor that will allow the admin to upload an image to go with the article being written, and will use an html editor. Any images uploaded to the story will be uploaded by selecting them from the admins current pc, and the placement of images will be the same across all pages (meaning the images won’t be added into the html editor)

I have a layout already but you may need to modify it in photoshop or other image editor.

This is a very simple site, I do web development myself so I know the range of this project and your bid should be under $400.

You will be paid at the end of the project once all requirements are complete and final source code has been verified to be working and all deliverables have been received. No payments will be made prior to then. No exceptions.
