Subtitles for staff training videos

We run 2 different retail concepts, which both get new staff every season.

We have recorded the training videos in English, but operate mostly in Sweden.

We need to get subtitles in to them, so that there in the end exists 3 versions –
1 – current without subtitles
2 – with English subtitles
3 – with Swedish subtitles

I don’t have the time to get this done in whatever program it is done, so I need someone to do it for me.
First – get number 2 done and hand me a transcription of just all text in English, I can then correct that if you have misheard anything or something needs to be added in parenthesis. After that I can do the translation to Swedish and you can the insert everything with the correct timings so that the subtitles appear at the right time. After that I can upload them to youtube and link them from my material.
