Website Build

Hello all

I have a project that I am looking someone to work together and after completion of project I would like to consider to have someone work in long term as well.

I already have a website however I would like to have additions to make the website more functional. Please see below

-I want this website to have its own database where we can keep the collected data at least 6 months stored.
-I want a kind of system that the data we have can be routed to 3rd party companies that I am working with.
-Also need landing pages that will be visible only to me not to people who visit the website.

I would like to talk in detail regarding this project and would like to see what would be approximate time frame to finish this project. Thanks in advance.
