Comic Strip

I need a basic(the sketch type) comic strip based on cats. There will be 2 cats as main characters. Rest designs will be as per requirement of the scene. There will be 10 such scenes. Scenes are going to be plain and at Max in total there would be a need to create around 15 designs including the main characters and background designs like trees, birds, etc. I have attached a picture to give you a better idea of my requirement.
