MAUI App Development / Initially some Bug Fixes

I have a MAUI project that connects to an API. API Data is received ok in my services class but I would like to view this data on my mainview of my MAUI app. I think the issue is related to using ObservableProperty within some nested classes.

Setup Instructions;
[1] You will need to install the latest Visual Studio 2022 Preview (this is the only version that supports MAUI)
[2] You will need to install the Interactive Brokers software which is what the API I am using (once installed, go to Global Settings->API and enabled): https://investors.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=16042&ns=T

An experienced MAUI developer should be able to get this working fairly quickly.

Once this issue is fixed I would like this app to be developed further with updated GUI, new features,
I also have several other projects (another MAUI project, a web based angular project and a fe wothers) that were all halted during covid pandemic which I would like resume development – this project is a great test for the right person / company.
