Virtual Assistant , V/A needed for Wholesale Product Sourcing for Amazon

Needs to hire 5 Freelancers
I am looking for people who can hunt wholesale products for me. I am an Amazon seller and I am looking for profitable products from distributors and brands.

My criteria:

Selling Market:USA
Sourcing required from: USA
Category: any
Amazon BSR: preferably under 60,000
Minimum ROI: 30% (as per Helium 10 or Jungle Scout calculator)
Minimum profit/unit: $4
Our minimum share of total monthly profit from product : $400 or more
Replenish-able: preferably yes
Lead time of product: 1-2 weeks at max
Nature of goods: Cannot be dangerous, meltable or hazmat
If product is gated on Amazon on my account, then you will have to help me un-gate it.

Product must not have a
confirmed IP claim complaint on Amazon.

Conditions:
1- Supplier/distributor: Online arbitrage and wholesale distribution, both are acceptable.
2- Supplier/distributor must accept credit cards.
3- ROI will be calculated after incorporating FBA/3PL inbound shipping costs.
4- Further, all calculations will be made on 90-day avg price or current buy box price, whichever is lower.
5- Payment of product hunting will be made after supplier confirms order, takes payment and ships goods. No advance payments.

Procedure:
1-You will evaluate product and make sure that the stats sit well according to my criteria. Supplier must be legitimate, willing to sell and in-stock with the item.
2-You will send me the ASIN
3- My team and I will evaluate the product
4- You will check with distributor if product is available for shipping
5- Once distributor confirms, you will connect me with distributor
6- As soon as distributor confirms order and ships order, I will pay you.

Compensation is $20/product.
If the suggested product can give us higher than 60% ROI and more than $1000/month in profit, we can talk about additional compensation.

If supplier cancels order or does not ship goods for any reason, our contract will remain incomplete and payment will not be sent.
You will be responsible for making sure that the supplier is legitimate and ships goods on time.
