Online exam portal

A website where an admin adds an exam every week, users create account and has to pay an amount to register for the exam, so payment gateway should be integrated preferably razorpay. Exam portal must have all the functionalites like navigation, saving answers to db, that is even if a student gets disconnected they must be able to log back in and resume from where they left.
