Solve the problem of blocked outgoing connection wordpress site (read the description carefully)

I have a wordpress site hosted at OVH, for a few days I can no longer install plugins or themes, also I can no longer link my site to google analytics, and when I try to configure Jetpack I have a error message: “The HTTPS connection to the outside is unavailable.
When I contacted the host, he replied:
“We have blocked outgoing connections, I invite you to consult the TCP OUT logs of your hosting and to check which ip makes outgoing connections.
Please check which scripts or modules may be causing these outbound connections and fix them.”

I am looking for a person who has the skills to analyze the logs and to solve this problem.
