Need a designer to creat an outdoor patio garden

The outdoor patio is about 500 square feet and already has furniture. There is a wall that needs to be covered with plants and potted plants added to create a beautiful area for entertaining guests. Attached is a layout of the wrap around terrace with dimensions.
