Customized booklist

I’d like to build a website that allows users to create a customized book list by clicking attributes that they want and also clicking attributes that they do not want. So the list provided would include books with topics that they like and exclude books with subject matter that they do not want.

I would provide the initial list, but ultimately I would like the book list to be crowdsourced, giving users the ability to add books, and select the attributes that they think apply. I would like the website to flag me whenever books are added so that I can review them.

I do not currently have an Amazon affiliates account, but I would like the website to be built in such a way where I can get a commission off of any books purchased on Amazon from the list.
