Company Logo design.

I’m looking for someone with experience in marketing and logo design. Our company name is Sun Ndege (sunbird) and is an agricultural asset management company. The logo should incorporate the following, sunbird, agriculture (crops), sun, Africa, regenerative farming methods, being inline with nature. I;m looking for someone who will be flexible to work with till we get the right look.
