Azure Nested HyperV Build

Looking for Azure Professional to work with us to Installing Hyper-V in Azure Nested Virtualization. Must be able to setup Virtual network and Azure and configure Hyper V – We have 11 VMs currently that need to be uploaded and must run in the same IP range they are currently build it. This network will not connect back to any office. We have a Azure account already. For Security reasons it must be done in a remote session supervised by us, after 5PM Eastern or Weekend. Full setup is needed and testing. Estimating a 4 to 6 hour project mainly because it needs to be supervised. Additional work later may be needed for VPN assistance to 3rd parties and general changes.
