Sitemap could not be read since 10 month

I submit a site sitemap in the google search console but get the “Sitemap could not be read” error since 10 months

I already try many methods

fetch sitemap in inspect bar
fetch sitemap in google search API
change server
change script

if you know any other method then apply this project. if the sitemap submit successfully then I release payment
