Modify pop up form behavior

At rizireal.com: Pop up form behavior; Darken the existing back ground 2-3 shades darker. Make popup form show up 1 second after landing on the house they clicked on from the search result page. Once the person signs up thru that popup form they should be able to search all houses without the form show up again. sessions rule?
