App For iOS and Android

I want to build an ios and andriod app. The app is fairly simple and should be able to send sms, emails and live locations of the user. It should be a user based application with monthly subscription charges or one time charges. (will discuss this with the freelancer as we can discuss and find the best and most suitable way for the monthly subscription payment procedure). I will give further details about the app and how it should work to the short listed candidates so they can make any changes to their bids or withdraw their bids if required. PLEASE NOTE: The application will have to be added to the Android and Apple Play Store and approved with my ID by you. (I will share my username and password when the application is complete). You will have to make any changes required or remove any bugs if the app doesn’t get approved for any reason. I will not release the funds till the apps are live in both app stores. I will also get the application tested for any bugs by a group of users. If there are any bugs you will have to fix them so the app is running smoothly
