Troubleshoot AWS routes/subnet/vpc issue

Need some quick help troubleshooting connectivity to my rds instance. I use to be able to connect just fine. But today, I removed some old vpcs,subnets,routes and may have mistakenly removed or messed up the one tied to my rds instance.
The error I get when I try to connect to my rds is “The network path was not found”.
