To remove a dishonest Wikipedia editor

Hello there,
I would like to hire someone who is Wikipedia expert, and can remove, flag and report about a person who pretends to be an expert in wikipedia but as wikipedia editor and publishes pages for clients who pays him. He is just making money under the table by pretending to be wikipedia editor.

I believe Wikipedia is a great organization who promote honest articles and free online encyclopedia written and maintained by a community of volunteers through open collaboration.
