Build me a website

Need someone to build a website for childrens books. It will be a page for subscribers, and will contain e-books, audio books and possibly games. Should also be able to connect a shopping site. Must be able to add music to the books, and also have features for translating words/explaining words. Must be able to expand the site with 2-5 books each month.
