Build python ML project

This project requirements in application folder Application-jupyter.ipynb file .All requirements in there.when you run this application folder through jupyter notebook you will see this requirements
Submit:
1.Code zip file
2.write details code comments
3.Output running video file
Must need:
1)install python 3.9.xx
2) Ide: Jupyter notebook

you can’t do anyhting outside this Application-jupyter.ipynb file requirements .Must be complete all Application-jupyter.ipynb file all requirements.
