Horse Racing Game.

Hi,

We’re looking to create a horse racing game that uses our own custom logic for determining the winners & losers.

We have the source code & just need to create the logic for the game to work.

I need someone with Javascript , HTML 5 & MongoDB experience.

1. I need a super admin portal that can run multiple different instances , with different balances ( think of this as different locations. ( Users created , that can bet on the game & I can see all balances & control them etc)
2. I want to randomize the winners % ratio while maintaining a positive % for the house ( US )
3. We want to change the betting mechanism ( house always wins 60&)
4. Add 14 horses in total below is the source code we will be editing.
